Our Mission
Our mission is to alleviate the mental, physical, and emotional suffering of survivors across Cheshire and North Staffordshire.
We specialise in supporting those affected by childhood abuse, with a particular focus on childhood sexual abuse.
If you are a survivor based in our catchment area, we offer specialised one-to-one counselling and supportive social groups designed to help you feel seen, heard, and understood.
How Can We Help?
Confidential Counselling Support
We provide one-to-one counselling for survivors aged 14 and over who have experienced childhood abuse.
Our service is completely confidential and available without a fixed time limit. Counselling is guided by your individual needs and goals, and we’ll work with you at your own pace. Support continues for as long as it’s helpful, with regular check-ins to ensure it remains meaningful and appropriate to your healing journey.
Art Therapy
Art Therapy can be a powerful way to explore and express difficult emotions and experiences.
If you're struggling with anxiety, frustration, or the effects of past trauma, Art Therapy offers a gentle, creative path toward healing. Over time, it can help you process feelings, build resilience, and find new ways of coping.
